Iain of pestguard responded to my call regarding a wasp nest in my loft very quickly.
He was at my address within 10 minutes.
He was very reassuring and professional providing me with a business card to identify himself.
He investigated the site of the wasp nest and explained to me what he had found and discussed his proposals to deal with it.
He then dealt with the nest and and removed it safely.

Ian came to sort out our wasp problem a few hours after I contacted Pest Guard. He was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. He was also very reassuring given that I’m not a big fan of wasps. He dealt with two wasps nests quickly and very expertly. I would certainly highly recommend Ian and Pest Guard. 5 star, Amazing service. When you think you have a pest problem the first thing you do is panic. I would recommend this company to anyone with a pest concern. They are calm and professional and have a quick response time. They guide you through what steps need to be taken in a calm manner. I also felt reassured and confident I was not going to be ripped off. They are reasonably priced and much cheaper than spending money on products when they may not help. If I have have another pest control concern I will ring immediately.
